Problem Statement:-

Freelancers need a reliable platform to efficiently manage all their freelance projects in a single database and seamlessly tracking of client details, payments, and project history because the current lack of such functionality in existing apps leads to fragmented workflows, scattered information, and difficulty in maintaining accurate records.

User research:-

• I used “Google Forms” to conduct user research on a freelancing app, gathering valuable insights from a diverse pool of respondents(23) regarding their preferences, needs, and expectations within the freelancing industry.
